If only I could give zero stars. No one ever answers the phone. It takes hours to be processed and seen even on days when the lobby is basically empty.
The lady front desk of the WIC office is the most rude. she doesn't do her job.
Appointment was scheduled on 2pm. Now it's 3.45 and we are still waiting in lobby with 2 small kids
