They refuse to see you until you are 10-14 weeks pregnant even though the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Pregnancy Association says prenatal care should start as soon as you confirm your pregnancy, between 6 and 8 weeks. I questioned why they weren’t following the recommendations and they just said it was their provider policy at their clinic.

Called to make an appointment on Thursday. I was told she could get me in Monday (today) at 10:15. I was pretty happy about it considering you usually can’t get in somewhere new that fast. I showed up this morning and was told my appointment was May 13th. She told me to have a seat and they were going to figure something out. She was very nice. About 15 minutes later another woman comes out and is very rude telling me how my appointment is may 13th and that’s that. I can understand and realize there’s been a misunderstanding... read more

If you have to make sacrifices, like your last sick day as a teacher (me!!!), to come to appointments, DON’T COME HERE. When they say “ARRIVE 30 minutes early”, they mean that they want you already checked in and waiting 30 minutes early. I arrived at 9:25 for my 10:00 appointment. I waited in line to check in for a couple of minutes. Then, there was a snag with my insurance that took about 8 minutes to figure out. Because that happened, they cancelled my appointment. At 9:38. For better business, I would advise to REQUIRE ARRIVAL OF 30min prior to actual apt( or it will be cancelled) rather than RECOMMEND. This will reduce the amount of upset patients who've booked months in advance/traveled a distance only to be turned away and have to wait months longer for rescheduling.
