God complex. Moved to a new location no notice. 15 minutes late and they mark you as a no show and you have to go back the er if you need to be seen again.

Had to wait almost a year for an appointment. Then a month before the appointment I get a call saying they were canceling because the Dr does not handle my diagnosis. I was told that they apologize it took them almost a year to figure that out and that none of the other Dr there could help because none handle my diagnosis. My health issue is severe and we couldn’t believe that we had to wait so long in the first place and now I have to start all over because you can’t get into any neurologist without almost a year wait. The most unprofessional medical practice I have ever dealt with!. I waited 9 months to get my mother in after a referral from her ‘you guessed it St Francis doctor” they call it a pink referral. They call the day before the appointment after waiting 9 months and said the doctor has stomach flu and cancels. They reschedule 9 days later, 3 hours before the appointment I call to confirm and they say it’s been canceled and ask like “you didn’t get the call” no I did not,be cause you never called.
