As I start to write my review on the scheduling staff, I see reviews from others with very similar rude and condescending experiences as my own today. The scheduler who called me today to set my appointment for my 4-year-old, scheduled us for December 17th. Today is July 23rd. I'm going to look elsewhere because the reviews have proven it's not worth the wait. Brought my Mom here and Susan at check out was not friendly at all. Considering changing dermatology offices. She is rude and appears to hate her job.
Waste of time I drive an hour and a half both ways to see a doctor about a blistery painful rash that never goes away that I have been dealing with for a year and they can’t seem to figure it out. When I go I feel like they just guess they’ve treated it as several things and nothing the rash is still there I mean why would you keep putting a patient through this if you can’t figure it out send me to someone that would know quite wasting our time and billing the insurance for nothing. Had the best experience here! From how quick the appointment was to how our doctor treated us! We had doctor Emily! She was so sweet! Explained everything throughly and did not leave until she was sure we had no more questions! Seriously was the most pleasurable doctors appointment ever.
CANCER FREE BECAUSE OF DR. LEDET. 5 stars from customer service to professionalism! Dr. Andrea Bellassai is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Ledet is amazing at what he does, you are his priority, and he loves educating his patients. Dr. Ledet's team is outstanding. CLAIRE and the team are so energetic and kind. Dr. Ledet is extremely lucky to have all of you.
