The worst possible hospital ever!!! My husband was rushed into the er with severe abdominal pain. After they stuck him about 6 times, and busting 2 veins, we were left for about 4 hours. We did not once see a dr. Once i mad a fuss, a nurse comes and apologizes, but shes "monitoring" him. The nurse then got very rude when i asked about the dr., stating that they only had 1 dr in the er. I think thats a little odd that they would only have one dr. Step daughter went to be seen about a possible spinal headache. Was there for four hours. The nurse messed up the iv three times, they drew blood and left it sitting on the table in her room,it never made it to the lab. The doctor decided to finally see her, only, after she asked to be released to go elsewhere. The night shift at this facility, is at best, a Bismal.
This physician and the entire staff are outstanding in this field. Every patient is treated as family. I highly recommend this office.

Friendly And pronto..have been great thus far
Don't even bother with this office. Not only will you be treated as an inconvenience, but apparently the doctors are too busy to reschedule appointments. My dad had a heart attack and all I needed was to reschedule. I was informed that the dr had no appointments for the rest of the year. It is September. Really???? He is too busy to take into consideration that his staff are rude and unprofessional and he has no time to see patients?? Guess what??? I will see someone else, THANK YOU! Best Gym in Tulsa..... If you are looking for the cleanest, most affordable, and judgement free facility then the Health Zone is your place. I love the two salt water aquatics pools, the indoor track, Crossfit, and free yoga and pilates classes.
Doris is an awesome receptionist. Dr. Villareal is a caring doctor and tries to work with you and your family needs for a healthy life.
If you have a true medical emergency, just know your wait time when seeing this doctor will be 2 months if you are a new patient.
