Let me tell you about an experience that I thought to be long past and non-existent anymore in the trucking industry. I was needing a part...a minor part for my C-15. I called Warren Cat in Amarillo. The no. sent me to the after hours parts phone. It was answered by Arturo. Who's told me they were closed and would open in the morning.
