I have always heard great things about CAT service and machines so it is surprising and disappointing to me that I find myself writing this “1 star” review. I am a small excavation business owner and needed a trackhoe rental for a small 1 day job. Was quoted a 306 for 1 day as needed and everything seemed great. A few days before the job, I was notified that a 306 would not be available and so I would receive a 308 to use for the same rate, great!
