Great fast service. Dropped it down a star cause the gate guard is worthless. She is too busy on her phone to see a big truck carrying their equipment to open the gate. WORTHLESS!
Delivered soil compactor. Once inside, fast, friendly service to get machine unloaded quickly and paperwork signed. Less than an hour from front gate to leaving.
Rented an excavator to cut a drive up a mesa in Terlingua. I was hesitant to do so with the distance from Odessa and the remote location. I’m so thankful I did. I managed to get the job done and I couldn’t have done it without Warren CAT! They have well maintained equipment and have service fleets if anything needs fixing. The rental supervisor Annabelle was so helpful when I had a track come off. I ended up fixing it myself but she didn’t hesitate to offer sending someone out. Thank you!
