Unresponsive and unprofessional.
Horrible experience with this agent. They rarely answer phone calls, my insurance rate has changed multiple times without communication, and when my car stolen they were zero help. I would recommend any other local agent in the Downtown Los Angeles are greater LA area. Warren Bell & team will not look out for you.
I get all my insurance products from Susan ("Susie"). She is kind and gets to the bottom line when it comes to home, auto, and business (including workers' comp) insurance!!
If you want to get the Best Customer service talk to Susan she has been with my family helping us with our insurance needs for years. I have never had an issue before she makes everything easy for us and she give us a lot of information about our insurance. She is easy to work with and I am very happy to be part of State Farm thanks to her… I don’t only have car insurance but also home insurance and it’s just always a pleasure to talk to her,she is like family. Thank you Susan
All I can say is if it weren’t for Susan Rocha I wouldn’t be there because I follow her and wherever she goes I go and she moves from one state farm agent to Warren Bell he’s a lucky guy because she’s the best!
