I dropped my truck of at the dealership 4 weeks ago. I paid that dealer $4,200 for the extended warranty on this used truck. It recently exhibited some unsafe behaviors though I've maintained it rigorously. One of the problems the dealer identified was a large amount of metal shavings in the transmission fluid. Total scam and waste of money. Don't be fooled. Look at the contract! They have pages of exclusions. My contract had 24 different clauses of exclusions one clause (#14 on my contract) which basically uses the language "including but not limited to", which they then use to exclude everything! They will tell you it's only excluding items of "normal maintenance services" until you try to get it covered. it is shit for sure the customer service workers are rude and do not help the customer at all is the worst insurance I do not recommend it to anyone it is an additional problem to the one they already have because they do not help their customers to solve their problems NOT RECOMMENDED.
Don't buy Warranty Solutions. I've had my truck in the shop for 12 days and no end in site to get it back because of a bad high pressure fuel pump on my diesel. We call every day plus the dealer is in contact with them with lies and a run around for status on the truck. Very unhappy with the company.
total nightmare! Customer service representatives are rude! Not helpful at all! I have been processing my gap insurance with them and though I have submitted my documents, they would say that the documents are not yet uploaded in the system because it will only uploaded by the computer! Worst consumer service and business, bought a "New 5 star " warranty coverage and cannot even fix a problem in the turbo of the truck. Never used it until now and 900 dollars they can't pay. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM BUSSINESS
Spend thousands of dollars for a warranty that you can't even wipe your butt with - What a waste of money - First issue I had was with my seats and after calling all they would say is that's normal wear & tear - Now I have water coming in from the roof every time it rains - Called again and won't cover it - I will never buy another warranty from Warranty Solutions
