Don’t be fooled by any rebate sales techniques. The Jenn-Aire, Kitchen Aid rebates are a scam. Once you jump through all of the ridiculous hoops, you’ll be rejected anyway. We had over $800 in supposed rebates, filled by the date, updated all info once the appliances arrived, only to get screwed in the long run. So if you’re gonna buy one of these scammer brands, be aware that you’re chance of solving the ridiculous rebate puzzle they offer, don’t count on it.

We purchased several appliances 3 years ago from Warners Stellian. Our LG frig. went out. Two different technicians have been out to evaluate it and try and fix. Four different trips and several new parts and it still isn't fixed. It's been over 5 weeks and we are no closer to having this issue resolved than we were 5 weeks ago. It's even in warranty. In fact we purchased the "Iron clad" warranty and they are dragging their heals and giving us excuse after excuse why they won't replace it. My recommendation is don't buy f... read more

vicki willett Last year I bought a horrible Whirlpool wash machine from them. I was replacing a 25yr old Maytage. The sales person told me it worked like an old fashion machine. Nothing could be further from the truth. The user has very little control, over the settings, the machine decides everything. I hated it from the beginning. The directions (which they do not provide. Be careful to completely research appliances rather than to just listen to the sales person's recommendation. If they fail to fully explain the qualities of the appliance or to explain it incorrectly and it turns out not to meet your needs (ie: a wash machine that the owner cannot decide how much water to fill or what cycle to use) it will cost you 40% to exchange it. Oddly they also do not come with User's Manual.I gave 2 stars because I am old enough I should have known better.
