absolutely terrible... will never shop there again ..word to the wise. if you are paying for delivery - take pictures of the product before you leave & while it is bring delivered with the guys there. 3rd party did major damage and denied doing it.(I had pics) damage to home & product. sears outlet- shame on you. they blamed XPO logistics..XPO blamed Peno delivery. We bought a dryer from the coon Rapids store a few months ago. After shopping other stores we found your prices to be the best and the store had a great selection!
On behalf of the staff of Springbrook Nature Center, I would like to thank Sears Outlet for their cooperation when we used the Springbrook Mall parking lot for our October 20th Pumpkin Night in the Park event. We apologize that some of the event parking provided a few disruptions to staff and customers and are sincerely grateful to all that make this wonderful community event possible. Please support all of the businesses at Springbrook Mall as a thank you for their community involvement.
On 10/20 my son and I were taking part in the Halloween pumpkin event at Springbrook Nature Center. The event had shuttle buses staging from the parking lot near the Sears Outlet store. We had a great time at the event, then while the shuttle driver was parking to let everyone off an employee from Sears Outlet ran up to the shuttle. He proceeded to cuss at the driver while saying that he couldn't park where he was, even though the spot in the large parking lot was no where near the store.
