John looked after my elderly mother very well, with friendliness and care.
I have been here twice now and thing they are great. First was for an ongoing neck pain that I had tried oesto for on numerous occasions. It was acute pain and I thought I was going to need multiple visits. I went once, was given treatment and a plan for stretching.. problem resolved. Second visit was for a sporting injury and I feel really confident I'll be back to full health in no time with the treatment and at home plan provided.
Really helped with my issue. Gave stretches and ways to prevent injury in future.

Jeandre and the team are excellent at what they do. They've been able to diagnose and treat both myself and another runner in the family promptly, with care, and accurately. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else when we inevitably get injured again.
