Office staff is professional and caring. I took my dogs to Warner Vista for over 10 years. I will never go back after a second visit with Dr Richardson. She was condescending and unsympathetic to my dogs pain and condition. I found out after taking my dog to another vet that he wasn't properly diagnosed and ss a result, suffered needlessly. The final straw was her prescribing and charging me for medications she never discussed with me. I called to discuss these concerns with the owner whose reaction was one of indifference.... read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! I made my appointment online and stated I was new to the area and wanted to get my cat spayed. I included all the contact information for my cat's former vet so Warner Vista could request her records. I was called shortly after I made the online appointment request and asked for the nature of the visit. I reiterated I needed my cat spayed and probably a wellness exam as it had been almost a year since my cat has last seen her vet. I was assured that Warner Vista could get my cat i... read more

This vet misdiagnosed my chihuahuas heart condition by saying his cough was a reverse sneeze - we took him in for this cough 2 times only to be told not to worry. 4 weeks later we are at the 24 hour Vet Hospital with him in serious distress and found that he had congestive heart failure- which has a coughing/ gagging sound in the dogs as a symptom and he had a heart murmur another precursor to heart failure. Knowing of his murmur (which they did tell us at each visit that he had a murmur) they should of have known or at leas... read more

MY DOG DIED AFTER A ROUTINE DENTAL CLEANING AT WARNER VISTA ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I will try to make a tragic story as short as possible. Preliminary blood work prior to cleaning reflected a lower-than-normal white blood cell count probably due to an allergy medicine prescribed by Dr. Carr. I was not informed and the office proceeded with the dental cleaning. That night she was quite ill and I returned to the office the next morning where it was explained to me that there are “diva dogs” that take a longer time to recover from an... read more
