USELESS Wouldn't sell me a 12$ capacitor for a customers A/C unit because I "walked in off the street". That's flat out discrimination. Their reasoning was that it would be a liability because I might electrocute myself installing the part that I was able to remove without doing so. That would be like Home depot telling me they can't sell me a light switch because I might electrocute myself installing it and then sue them because they sold me the switch.
