RecommendedI have used and recommend Warner since I used them during my days as a facility manager. December before last we had a new heating and AC system installed. They came to service the system last week. Since then the condensate line has flooded parts of my basement. I called to have someone look into that today. They charged me $69.50 to show up, even though I have a service contract. The tech installed a clean-out, 5 minutes work $.50 worth of material. The service tech was very punctual and professional and spent all the time need to service the unit and replace a component that was failing. I will always use Warner even though the prices are higher because it's done right the first time.

My wife and I just had both heat pumps replaced with some modifications to our air distribution system. It was supposed to be a 2/3 day job for one crew. Warner was getting backed up with all of the cold weather we have been experiencing but they managed to send out two crews to try to get the job done faster. Levi, Bob, Brian and Danny did the install.....and they did an exceptional job. They worked their butts of in this cold weather but finished the job after a 14 hour day. Furnace stopped working of course yesterday, on a Sunday! I called Warners and was greeted by a very nice answering service who took my information to relay it to a tech. Within 20 minutes their tech called to tell me he would be here in about a half hour. Right on time Jeff was here. Since I am a caregiver for my 96 yr. Old mother I was very pleased they came s guickly. During the winter check of our heating system, Corey found that our 23 yr old humidifier hadn't been working properly for some time and recommended replacement. At the same time, he noticed a bulge and corrosion in our water heater. He arranged for immediate installation of both items, and along with Tom got everything replaced in one afternoon. Top of the line products. Excellent work. Courteous professionals. Clean and neat area after items installed. Glad we changed to Warner for our HVAC and plumbing needs.
