We’ve lived here for 5 months and it’s offered as pet friendly; for the total of $600 and yet-there are 23+ raccoons living on the property who will kill your animal or bite your children. We can’t leave our windows open for fear of raccoons coming inside. Numerous tenants have tried to get this situation resolved but nothing has happened. Also, one month after moving in-paint started peeling, stove stopped working, base of cabinets started falling off. This is a very nice quiet community that has made me feel welcome as the new community manager.
We've lived at Warner Park Apartments since 2014. I really appreciate the condition of the complex, the way it is maintained. It's clean and any issues are promptly handled by our wonderful manager, Darby.
