I highly suggest that you DONT move into these apartments. This apartment complex continues to have a turnover issue with property management and they’ve gotten worse as the years and gone on. The current property manager has a very bad attitude and is very condescending when having conversations about issues needing to be taken care of in the apartment complex. We’ve lived here for 5 months and it’s offered as pet friendly; for the total of $600 and yet-there are 23+ raccoons living on the property who will kill your animal or bite your children. We can’t leave our windows open for fear of raccoons coming inside. Numerous tenants have tried to get this situation resolved but nothing has happened. Also, one month after moving in-paint started peeling, stove stopped working, base of cabinets started falling off.
