Incomparable service and attention to detail. Alan was amazing...going above and beyond! We highly recommend this outstanding furniture store.
Spent a ton of money on all new carpet and hard wood refinishing in the whole house just to have $2,700 worth of jewelry stolen from my home. Avon Lake police did an amazing job of identifying which of their workers perpetrated the theft and as soon as that happened my attorney sent a demand letter. It’s been a month and still no reimbursement. When the theft was reported we were told it was “going to be an uphill battle” and that it would “take forever” almost discouraging is from pursuing it.
