WOW what an incredible experience at Warner Family Dental! From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Alejandra is amazing! She went above and beyond in every way so kind, so attentive, and she explained everything so clearly that I felt completely at ease the whole time. The entire team is friendly, professional, and efficient, and the office is spotless and beautiful. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Their customer service is amazing. Their dental higienista did a great job on my teeth and also on my son's teeth. They were gentle but through. What I like about doctor Hansen, is that he takes the time to visit and actually take a look in each tooth with precision. He listen and respond to any concerns I have. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great dentist. Great facility. Wonderful staff.
The staff, dental assistant and Dr. Hansen were professional and completed the work with considerable competence. I was impressed by the friendliness and positive atmosphere of the office, and highly recommend. Yes, lots of superlatives in this review, but they earned them all.
I am a new patient at Warner Family Dental and they made switching over extremely easy! Not only were they very quick at getting me scheduled, but when I arrived for my appointment the front staff were very nice and responsive. After practically no wait time, I was taken back for my routine cleaning/inspection. They had nice rooms, newer tools/tech, and did a good job accommodating my sensitive teeth. I’m very happy with my switch!
My son and I both had appointments on the same day and we can strongly say this was the best experience we’ve had with a dentist. Start to finish, the team made us feel welcome. If you are looking for a new dentist. I recommend calling this office.
