Probably the worst product we have ever bought, it has proven impossible to set up and customer service is worse than useless and rude.
Our family lives in an 80's built contemporary with forced hot air heating. We purchased knowing we wanted to renovate and with the HVAC System on the long list. We started with the primary floor bathrooms and decided to spend the additional cost and add the heated floor system. We fell in love with the warmth that radiates from a heated floor and how it does not dry out the room.
