I have been wanting underfloor heating for a long time, but there seemed to be so many different components to having it installed. In doing research I came across WARMUP. I was able to speak to a representative and found Maria C. She was incredibly helpful and took time to explain to me all the ins and outs of having the floor installed. And when I called back to ask questions that she had already answered, she was very patient and kind. My floor is wonderful! My feet aren't cold anymore! Thank you WARMUP!

I just got done working with Maria Correa at Warmup in going over our new home construction application for using electric snow melt product in a couple of areas. She did an awesome job in helping me navigate the design, product selection and how to install questions. I can only say if you're looking at snow melt needs you've got to call Maria. You couldn't find a more enjoyable and knowledgeable person to work with. Thanks for all your help, Maria!

We installed heated walkways at our manufacturing facility in 2024 as part of our ongoing efforts to prevent winter slip and falls on snow and ice. This product has been a game changer! It has provided our staff with safe, dedicated travel ways that are kept clear or snow and ice during the winter virtually eliminating slip and fall risks!

So extremely disappointed in this company. My initial module worked perfect for a good number of years, well beyond the warranty, so I purchased a new one...The new one, the 6iE has been less than ideal. First, it's a vertical format screen, not horizontal like the pervious version. Can't be changed, so unless I rip why wall apart to turn my wiring housing box, it will sit sideways on my wall - I was offered a patch to cover the hole if I decided to go this route? The Terra thermostat has been nothing but frustrating. The manual interface is not intuitive. The wi-fi connection requires 2.4ghz, plenty of wi-fi is combo and unable to select. Initial set up is the worst, it's imperial and requires how many 'pence' your kilowatt is but it does not specify this. So you might put in USD or cents and it will not work. This unit costs money in wasted use as the schedule is not smart, nor adjust. Avoid.
