Great place to live if you don't mind your car being stolen or broken into. In the 2 years i lived here I had my work tools stolen about 3 times, even STOLE MY TRUCK (chopped up). Very bad neighborhood for car theft and break-ins. Living here cost me 8-10k dollars in losses and thefts. Then to make it all worse, they say I ruined the carpet, walls, etc like the other reviews even though my wife and I have no kids and kept it spotless. Bad Bad management ,I was living for a year by myself ,no kids no one else,put $275 deposit and I get $39 dlls back ,charging me for stupid stuffs,like Ajax cleaners,Clorox,gloves ,degreaser,sponges,2gallons of paint,labor,carpet cleaning,"blades",simple green and more stupid stuffs ,my deposit just go AWAY ,what a ripoff people work there,,please don't live there,
