We contacted Warmly Yours to inquire about the suitability of installing their products, for melting ice and snow, under a rubber mat on a wooden ramp. The next day we not only received a reply to our request, stating that the products they offer would not be appropriate for our needs but more importantly, recommending another company that sells the exact product that we need.
