Homes are very expensive but they use very cheap finishings. They took shortcuts on the electrical. Walk- through was nonsense, they only made a few paint corrections. Toilet seats were installed cockeyed, messy painting and grouting I could go on and on. You expect quality when you spend what they're charging for their homes, not good quality homes.....

We are current residents here at Arcadia Townhomes in Roy Utah, previously Orchards at 19th, and we have finally put in our 60 day notice after living here almost 4 years. They have had 3 management changes in a year and this last one is the worst. Brandon in the office has absolutely zero empathy and just does not care. If you put in a maintenance request it goes unanswered and then eventually gets marked complete with nothing having been done. This happened 3 times on two running toilets. Those finally got fixed.
