Bought one of their homes and have had nothing but problems from day one. They used cheap materials and cheap labor. All of my neighbors including myself have had problems with their shoddy workmanship- roofing, siding, electrical and plumbing issues and more. At one point, we were thinking of bringing a class action lawsuit against them. Would highly recommend that you NEVER purchase one of their homes.
