We've been here 2 weeks now, we appreciate each and every staff member we have met here, wonderful group of caring people. Sometimes it takes a bit to answer call light but overall can not complain
This is best hospital in the world. And the nurses are the best in the business. Very. Very caring and there motto is No Pain. I love this place as a. Hospital
RecommendedI did my pre-op and post-op physical therapy there this past year when I got knee surgery. All of the staff and therapist are very kind and knowledgeable. I have also seen good results with my progress in therapy. I would go back again, if I ever needed too. Also, the cafeteria food is really good and super cheap.
Used to love working here, when it was Warm Springs. Not able to care for patients, the way needed. The true ratio is 1 aide 14 people, 1 nurse to 6-8 patients. It is no longer about the people

Been here 3 days and still cannot get the customized TPN bag. It was confirmed through both social workers that they had everything she needed before she was released from the hospital and they had NOTHING! Facility nothing was sent from St. David's North Austin and when I asked the charge nurse on the 3rd day about all this she said they should've kept her til everything was confirmed. I told her everything was confirmed. One excuse after another with this place!
