Great people, prices and location to store whatever you need to.
I haven’t rented there, but I’m in Auction bitter and I have purchased a few Auction units at this facility. The staff is amazing very friendly helpful the auctions were excellent although we don’t always get what we want. I did pretty good on a couple of them, but that’s the nature of the business. We had a wonderful experience with Chris, the Facility Manager of the family-run Warm Springs RV & Mini Storage. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive. Chris made a stressful transition (moving out of state) feel much smoother. He was always responsive, clear, and thoughtful in every interaction. Excellent RV storage - we used them for 10 years.
What an awful experience. We were looking to store our rv for a couple of months in this facility so we called multiple times this morning, no response. A very rude person calls me back and asks me very aggressively why I’ve been calling so many times. I told him because nobody was picking up and I’d like to know if they had any availability. He proceeds to tell me “no we don’t have any availability” with the worst attitude and hangs up on me. I would never trust my vehicle in a place like this where the workers can’t do the... read more
