I’m really hoping home owners see this post before they consider using this property management company. I was trying to rent a home and the owner of the company told my realtor that she is too paranoid to use technology and that she wanted me to print out an application and use that USPS mail to get it to her, along with a paper check. Once she received these two things, she would take it to her bank to deposit the check and then begin the process of running the Credit check.
