Warm Embrace Elder Care has been phenomenal in managing the care within our family. They have been flexible as we transition from self support to support through Ontario Health over an extended period. The staff that worked with my parents were friendly, informative and extremely caring.
Warm Embrace on short notice, engaged seven caregivers over a three day period for my spouse while I was away from home. These caregivers, with their individual personalities, and experiences caringly engaged with my spouse and satisfied her anxiety and her personal requirements at home. This was a wonderful comforting experience for our family. Thank you.

We would like to thank Kim and the compassionate caregivers at Warm Embrace for gently easing our Mom into the caregiving experience. Our 91-year-old Mom is still fiercely independent despite her increasing needs as she advances in age and declines in her cognitive abilities.
