Amazing group of coaches that really help you focus on your individual fitness goals. The classes are super flexible and can be easily modified. I’ve dealt with a few injuries and they were able to suggest modifications and alternative exercises while I was recovering. Highly recommend

I came new to weight training and found Warhorse to be a supportive environment for someone wanting to get into weight training to build strength. The instructors guide you through the exercises and make sure your form is correct to prevent injury, which is particularly important for me as a mom of 2 little ones. Happy I found this place!

Warhorse Barbell Club is the best! I've been taking Strong Her strength training classes since the fall, and it's the best decision I've made. Jaclyn, along with the other ladies in the class, truly creates a welcoming environment for all levels of strength training for women.
