I highly recommend WarHorse! I never thought I would say that I love strength training, but Jaclyn has changed the game for me. She is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and inspiring. This place is fantastic. The people who work there couldn't be nicer, more knowledgeable, or more helpful. They meet you where you are with your fitness level and really work with you. There's no macho BS, no pressure, no shaming. I'm a relatively new member but I can already feel a tremendous improvement in my physicality. Spending time in the there is one of the highlights of my week.
Warhorse is awesome! The gym has a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space to ask questions without fear or judgement as you work towards new goals and benchmarks. Jaclyn is a wonderful trainer and coach! I cannot recommend Warhorse enough!
If you are looking for a no-nonsensewelcoming workout, the Warhorse is an excellent choice. Each trainer spends time coaching appropriate exercise techniques, customize warmuproutines and most importantly, customize a workoutprogram tailored to your goals. For me, these experiencescan not be simulated by watching endless YouTube videos or using the next 'best' app. The Warhorse in-person small group coaching workouts are the way to go!
