I recently rejoined Warhorse after being away for six years due to COVID and illness, and I’m amazed at how quickly I’m seeing results. In just two weeks, I already feel stronger and more capable. Simple daily tasks—carrying a laundry basket up four flights, hauling groceries, even getting up from the floor—are noticeably easier. This place is fantastic. The people who work there couldn't be nicer, more knowledgeable, or more helpful. They meet you where you are with your fitness level and really work with you. There's no macho BS, no pressure, no shaming. I'm a relatively new member but I can already feel a tremendous improvement in my physicality. I'm so happy to have found Warhorse! I attend the StrongHer classes, 3x a week and I've finally found my group of amazing and strong women to inspire me.
