I gotta give then 1 star. My body work looks fine, but they went a month past the initial date, and I had minimum work done. The real kicker is when I finally get my truck and half of the components in the engine bay aren't screwed in. They won't even answer the phone so you can't even tell them they suck.

Poor customer service. No integrty. Kept item almost 4 weeks. Each time I stopped by to check on the progress, I was told "they were working on it, should be ready the middle of next week." Went by again, found my item still in the box, UNTOUCHED. Just be honest, guys. Don't just bold face lie to your customers. Speaks volumes of your character.

If your insurance company recommends them, RUN as fast and as far as you can. We waited for appointment for 3 weeks then when we took the car in were told a week or so for the repairs. Called to check and no answer and the voice mail was always full. so we go there and the car is outside with the front off.. The man in the office is on the computer when we walk in and doesn't ever look up until we tell him we need to talk. This happens over and over for the next few weeks. i went in on my appointment date for an estimate on how much it would be to fix my car. the man that approached me literally didn’t say a single word to me the whole time he was taking pictures and getting my vin number. once he was done taking pictures, he walked into the building and expected me to follow. and the estimate was wrong, i wanted the parts replaced, not repaired. but he never asked. or talked.
