Ware's Auto Body Service is the absolute best. My car sat at iAuto Collision for 2 months, just for them to pull it in their shop and add $4,000.00 to my estimate. Recommending my car to be totaled. Keep in mind, my estimate was wrote up for a new truck lid, new quarter panel, new bumper and new turn signal assembly. And iAuto recommended it to be totaled. I gotta give then 1 star. My body work looks fine, but they went a month past the initial date, and I had minimum work done. The real kicker is when I finally get my truck and half of the components in the engine bay aren't screwed in. They won't even answer the phone so you can't even tell them they suck.

Poor customer service. No integrty. Kept item almost 4 weeks. Each time I stopped by to check on the progress, I was told "they were working on it, should be ready the middle of next week." Went by again, found my item still in the box, UNTOUCHED. Just be honest, guys. Don't just bold face lie to your customers. Speaks volumes of your character.
