The fridge at one of my properties went belly-up and the quickest any of the major chains was going to be able to get a replacement was in ten days IF I was lucky. The same major chain (rhymes with Gnome Repo) has previously left me hanging for a month plus on one of those "we'll get it to you in ten days" orders, so like... not a reassuring option. Attention truckers they are ONLY BY APPOINTMENT FOR DELIVERY just make sure not to show up early unless you don’t mind waiting but this place is very limited parking best of luck……..

My parents recently purchased a refrigerator from Standard, with delivery on 11/29/24. During installation, screws were stripped for the upper right door handle and bottom freezer door handle which broke the handles. The service person called to request new handles. The ice maker does not work either. After 5 phone calls between 12/1-12/15, no one will take responsibility for the defective refrigerator, the new handles and assembly kits were never ordered, and my parent have gotten nothing but run around, fingers pointed at ... read more
