I came in to get an oil changed with an 18m old and the service was so quick. She played in the kid area while we waited and loved it!! I think it to an hour for them to do the oil changed and change my air filter!! For as busy as they were I didnt expect to be out of there so quickly. We worked with Vicki and she was so sweet and did a great job showing me around since I had never been there before!!

I bought a used 2011 Volkswagen minivan there and the people at Radley have been great. Unfortunately, the minivan stopped turning on within a week of purchasing it (which, is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars). The people at Radley took care of me though and covered the full cost of getting it up to speed and in 100% working order. So, I recommend them, they've been great!

Have never had a problem with parts, always well taken care of. i had 1 communication issue that was swiftly taken care of and the problem was fixed. Awesome customer service. This is a top-notch dealership.
We have bought all our vehicle here. Sales is amazing. Service is horrible. I got there 15 minutes before they opened and sat in the waiting area for 3 and a half hours with a toddler. I wish I could say this is the only time it has happened but Everytime we get our oil changed here I have to plan my entire day around it. I take my truck to jiffy lube and its done in 15 minutes or less. Radley I have never been out of there in less than two hours when getting my oil changed. Just bought a used SUV from them plus I get my other truck serviced there also. Great sales staff and service dept. They do not try to sell you something you don't need.

Service here is horrible, bought a certified used car that has had service 7 times do to recalls never wait less then 2 hours no matter what time of the day !
