In Monroe's historic downtown, you'll find Warehouse No 1. Restaurant. Our family-owned spot has been serving the community authentic Louisiana cuisine since we opened back in 1980. We're known for our award-winning food and scenic overlook of the Ouachita River. It's this combination that's kept families coming back year after year. It's also what makes us the local go-to for gatherings and special occasions. And, we have live music every day, so you know you can enjoy entertainment as you watch the sun set over the river.

Recommendedbest steak in town. Friendly and fast service
Hunter is the best waiter ever. It’s been a long time since we’ve received service this good anywhere. My husband and and I both found the food and service to be amazing!

Got table for 4 (2 couples) at 6:20. No appetizers ordered. Basic orders of shrimp and catfish. 3 of 4 orders came at 7:45. Awkward, since one wife had to wait 20 minutes more. One birthday in group- usually complimentary cheesecake. Everyone else ordered other desserts. None ever showed up. Not waiters fault- sure he felt bad. Warehouse has gone down apparently. Used to be our go to place. Sad.

Been going here for years. Service was terrible. 1-1/2 hrs to get food. Never got dessert.

Disrespectful of their community and employees. Manager wasn't wearing a mask while hamming it up with everyone. No separation of tables in the interest of packing folks in rather than keeping customers safety in mind. We won't be going back when this is over. I've loved The Warehouse as long as I've been able to chew a blackened steak, so will miss it.
