Long haired dude, you are a butt head. You seemed so bothered that you have to do your job. He was rude about not having almond milk. Seemed annoyed I didn’t know that. Annoyed when I asked what flavored syrup they had. & as he walked away he was shaking his head. Look i understand we all have bad days, I’m not having a good day either, but kindness & compassion goes a long way bro. I still kindly tipped you & thanked you for your service. ✌🏻one love.
We like it here, but if you prefer a large latte you are only paying for more milk, not more espresso (and yes it affects the flavor a lot), so don't waste your money on a large. Otherwise their coffee is very good and bakery is amazing. Also, if you ask to split a double shot between two drinks in your order you will be told they cannot (at least in Kettering which is just putting half of a double pull in one and half in the other). This afternoon I went to the Kettering location for the first time. I just wanted a cup of coffee to go. The lady behind the counter pointed out the menu taped to the counter. I looked at the menu and then asked for a menu to take with me. After some searching, she finally found one and handed it to me. I then ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Went to the Kettering location this morning & am shocked by how rude the barista is. The gentleman in front of us had his hands full with a baby and bag, explained why he can’t wear a mask & was rudely denied service by the barista. I FULLY stand behind the importance of mask wearing but as someone who works in customer service there are professional ways to handle these situations & then there’s the way she behaved. Just stopped by the Kettering location and everything was amazing and delicious. will definitely be back. My only wish is to be able to get iced coffee in different sizes.
