July 2026 update review: removed one star. The customer service has not improved whatsoever. We went inside to order today and the cashier didn’t say “hi”, “what can I get you?”, no smile, nothing. She just stood there staring at us awkwardly waiting for us to tell her what we wanted. What is the problem with these women? Always an attitude. Making people feel like an inconvenience. I’ve come here with my wife several times and the coffee and food is great. However, the service is always lackluster. All of the employees looks like they are miserable, and they are very unfriendly. I’ll never dine in again and will only get take out from now on to avoid the unpleasantness.
Went on a hunt for a good matcha latte in dayton, and this place won. :)
