RecommendedAs always, the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help Shazam Spider Grinch during his stay. Hopefully, Shazam is done with kidney surgeries, and follow-ups are the only reason for our visits!!
I've tried to talk to them over the last year about different issues with the automated systems, messaging, robot calls, texts, it's god awful ... I'm done trying to fix their issues... some of the staff are rude and your just a number there now

RecommendedMy son has had issues with his tummy and with his kidneys since he was born. He was born with kidney reflux. It was scary as a mom not knowing what to expect. The team at Boston Children’s was, and continues to be amazing. He has a GI team who has listened to my every concern and made me feel validated as his mom. RecommendedWe love Boston Children’s Hospital. We are from Missouri but flew our son out at 4 months old to the Esophagus and Airway Treatment Center. They are phenomenal. We have also been to the ER twice (including today while in town due to a sickness) and both times they were very thorough and caring.
