Well I paid 10,000 and I truly felt he didn’t do anything for my son! He always made excuses he wasn’t able to reach him to talk about the case; he’s a lawyer! Every time I called the office he wasn’t available and I would leave messages which would never be answered. So the system is corrupted and I feel I threw away 10,000 in the trash. I paid a $7,500 retainer, and talked to Mr. Ware a total of two times on the phone. My divorce was final January 7th, and I have contacted the office staff multiple times to see if I am owed any excess retainer funds. I was told it would be 7-10 business days. My first request for the excess retainer funds was in February, the second was in April, and the third was in May. It is now mid June.
