I paid a $7,500 retainer, and talked to Mr. Ware a total of two times on the phone. My divorce was final January 7th, and I have contacted the office staff multiple times to see if I am owed any excess retainer funds. I was told it would be 7-10 business days. My first request for the excess retainer funds was in February, the second was in April, and the third was in May. It is now mid June. I was also emailed a waiver of arraignment for a criminal case for someone else back in January.

This office will do everything they can to only take your money. They aren’t here to help you. I had high hopes in this office. However, I paid $5,000 to open a case. One year passed and I had very little to no communication with the office about my case. Next, they constantly confused my case with another in a different city because we had the same first name. I’m impressed with this law firm, they are all so selfless and really care. I was HARD to work with in the beginning, I was so worried and constantly bothered them but they always were reassuring! They truly treat you like family and will do their best to get your case won! Ms. Gail is so kind hearted, and Travis and Raquel are great!
