I am from Wisconsin and was towing an RV when it become apparent the torque converter was failing my 2017 Silverado. Brought the truck into Ware Chevrolet on a Tuesday at 4:30 PM to see what could be done. Very good service staff, arranged for the replacement part for the next morning and generated the quote. Truck was fixed by 5 PM Wednesday. Impressed and pleased.
I’ve always had my truck serviced here since moving up. It’s a diesel and they have a great diesel mechanic. This time though, my truck was overheating near Jasper from a trip to Canton. The Jasper Chevy service department said it would be over a week to check the diagnostics. This is after I barely got it there (stop and cool downs etc.) slow down the interstate with no AC for over an hour with a kid and groceries in the back.
