These guys are awesome. **** and ***** are really nice people. ***** is a great plumber one of the plumbers ever known.
I called Ward's number at 5 PM on Thursday evening and explained to a female who answered that I wanted to be put on the list for the next day. My kitchen sink was backed up and as Super Bowl weekend was approaching it was imperative that my sink full of standing water was fixed. She said "No problem." Unfortunately we received this call to our answering service after our office closed. Our posted hours of operation on Google are until 5pm. The service is not authorized to set an appointment and did not do so in this instance. Although the caller requested to be put on the Friday schedule until she heard back from our office the next day no appointment could be set. these are the best people in the plmbg field in s.florida. we have 36 units and he did the work on the shutoff valves in all units and he did a great job. he is more than fair with his pricing and every owner was very happy and now they are using wards plmbg for all their personal plumbing. 5 stars all the way.

Someone recommended Tom Ward plunbing so I called to have my water heater looked at. The tech said it was fine but about three months later my water bills skyrocketed, Fast forward six months, I found out my high water bills were due to a rusted valve on my water heater which was missed by the tech (another plumber actually diagnosed the problem correctly). We needed a plumber to repair a pipe leak. I contacted a couple of "widely advertising plumbers" and was not comfortable with their responses. I got the Sun-Sentinel on Wed, 11/20, with the annual "2013 Best of Boynton Beach" insert detailing restaurants, s, etc. ranked by customers as the 'best in the Boynton Beach area'.
