Our technician was efficient and thorough. He completed the entire job in a friendly manner. We were pleased with the service.
I have used Wards for many years. Melissa in Service is one of the nicest people I have ever contacted for help. The service techs arrive at the estimated time and answer any questions I have. They don’t rush in and rush out. I am selling my condo and will not need Wards after being their customer all these years. I am actually going to miss the congenial and superb services Wards provides.
I received a call from the service department telling me the technician was on the way. Everytime Mr. Garfield he is extremely courteous and friendly. He is meticulous with each phase of the maintenance process and he answers my questions and he cleans up behind himself.
I have lived in my home for 24 years. The initial AC design was not great, but Wardd has continued to service, upgrade, and adjust my AC so that it continues to meet my needs. I’m so thankful for Wards. Their service techs are above approach, and their support staff in the home office are just plain fun to deal with.
