This is not a company that’s very trustworthy. They will literally charge you through the nose for a simple project and then smile while they’re doing it. They came out changed a simple motor on my HVAC system. I told him exactly what the problem is then they charged me for the diagnosis even though I’m the one who told him what the problem. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They literally charged $700 an hour to do the job complete rip off.
Technician arrived as scheduled. Diligently went about servicing the unit and answered any questions I had.
Technician was very polite, thorough and professional during our scheduled maintenance servicing. He clearly explained the cause and how he remedied an issue we were having with our unit. He also gave us some helpful information on general heating and a/c principles.
Service was satisfactory - no concerns
Wards Air Conditioning was at my home yesterday to perform the semi-annual "wellness" check of my TRANE heating/cooling system. They performed all necessary checks, did a thorough cleaning and reported to me that the system was operating properly with no problems identified. They did this, as they usually do, in a safe and friendly manner. I would recommend Wards.
