I decided to upgrade my thermostat, and called Wardour. They installed our furnace and thermostat in 2013, and we had a great experience with them. The office manager was really helpful and friendly. She checked with installers to make sure that the thermostat model I was about to buy on Amazon would be compatible; I had an answer the same day.
