The receptionist, Shennaz is very rude and unprofessional. Staff does not know how to deal with patients. Seems like these days anybody can open a walk in clinic without offering any professional services. I visited earlier to this clinic on a weekday, google said its open till 7pm when reached the clinic staff said doctor already left at 4 as she is planning for a vacation. Very unprofessional and racist, they give prioroty to their community patients even if you are head of them.

I like Dr. Hassan but this clinic is very poorly run. I had to cancel an appointment on a weekend and was asked to come in during the walk-in hours instead, so I was here when it opened at 9am, first one in the door and they haven’t let anyone back to the exam rooms yet. It’s pretty clear the doctor is nearly an hour late for work, with a waiting room full of people, and it isn’t the first time. They are very unethical and not considerate of other’s time . Even after you book an appointment, they consider you as walk in and no matter if you arrive on time . This is ridiculous. I already made this a clear point . Do they think we patients have the entire day to waste on waiting . I work in an organization. Time is very important to me . I cannot afford to just sit and wait for 2 hours . I have kids who I need to take care of . I need to pick them up . If they are not mindful of other’s time , shouldn’t accept patient... read more

Not a pretty clinic but they saw my son when I needed help. The doctor was kind and competent. I am impressed.
