Don't go this clinic they never received call for appointments . I don't know how to book appoitment with Dr. I request to management to look after in this matter. We are trying to call them last 3 days but not respond.
The doctor is excellent, but the older lady at the front desk is consistently rude, impatient, and unhelpful. She always seems to be in a rush and doesn’t appear willing to help patients or follow through with requests. Her attitude makes the overall experience much worse.
**Strongly Not Recommended!!!** Horrible service and terrible follow-up care. I had a virtual follow-up appointment scheduled between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. I did not receive a call until 5:04 PM. When I called back immediately, the front desk informed me that the doctor had already left. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
