ATTENTION MANAGEMENT — THIS RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY ADDRESSED. I am specifically referring to the brown-skinned female receptionist with a larger build who was working at the front desk today (SEP 14,2026) . Don't go this clinic they never received call for appointments . I don't know how to book appoitment with Dr. I request to management to look after in this matter. We are trying to call them last 3 days but not respond.

The doctor is excellent, but the older lady at the front desk is consistently rude, impatient, and unhelpful. She always seems to be in a rush and doesn’t appear willing to help patients or follow through with requests. Her attitude makes the overall experience much worse.

**Strongly Not Recommended!!!** Horrible service and terrible follow-up care. I had a virtual follow-up appointment scheduled between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. I did not receive a call until 5:04 PM. When I called back immediately, the front desk informed me that the doctor had already left. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The clinic appears to have very poor time management and communication. The front desk staff are often unhelpful and tend to pass issues to other staff members rather than resolving them.
