I visited the walk-in clinic around 4 pm, well within their operating hours until 7 pm. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite there being no apparent rush and a lack of patients waiting, the receptionist refused to allow my daughter to see the doctors, insisting that I book an appointment for the next day. They used to be very good clinic, our family used to visit them more than our family doctor since our family doctor is very far away. However! now they are horrible, the nice lady used to work at font desk retired, and these is a horrible woman, gives trouble for every client, not helping at all, I’ve been declined for appt several times. they don’t understand all their clients are patients. At the beginning when this clinic first opened, Dr Feng was actually caring and listened to what issues you have etc. Now it’s a totally different story, Dr Feng appears to want you out of the office as soon as possible, I did not finish asking my questions and he stood up and left, then he sent me to a skin specialist but was not helpful as my skin condition did not improve.
