If theres 0 star i would give it. Tried to scam my senior parents upcharge thats covered by ohip, and when it came time to do the actual dental repair, their dentist does multiple clients at the same time so instead of their promised half hour, it turned into 3 hours. Reported them to ohip for fraud billing
The dentists at this clinic are really terrible - they're rough and incompetent. My tooth still hurts after the filling, and now I can't even touch anything hot or cold. It's just awful. I definitely don't recommend this clinic - so disappointed

I highly regret choosing this clinic. First and foremost, their billing is completely arbitrary and lacks transparency; it felt like they were making up charges as they went along. On top of that, their follow-up is borderline harassment. I understand that dental health is important, but receiving telemarketing calls almost every single month is excessive and incredibly annoying.
