Super shady!!!!! I wanted to book a dental appointment for my child for a possible small filling. They said first she has to come for a cleaning. I explained that was just done at our usual dental office just a month ago and the records can be asked for and verified (although this is really irrelevant to a filling). The lady insisted that has to be done anyway. Really, don't you think a cleaning after just a month is unnecessary and harmful to a child? I’m extremely disappointed with this dental clinic. They appear to take advantage of elderly patients who struggle with English, recommending unnecessary treatments and providing unclear billing. This kind of behavior is deeply concerning and unacceptable. I urge others—especially seniors—to be very cautious and consider more honest, transparent clinics. I will be filing a formal complaint with Sun Life and requesting that this clinic be removed from the list of approved providers under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
