I highly regret choosing this clinic. First and foremost, their billing is completely arbitrary and lacks transparency; it felt like they were making up charges as they went along. On top of that, their follow-up is borderline harassment. Dr. Shrouk made my teeth look great and her co-worker Fiona was super nice!
I always have unpleasant experiences with female dentists until I met Dr. Shrouk. Dr. Shrouk is incredibly professional, patient, and kind. She always explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable. I truly trust her care and highly recommend her. All office staff is very helpful as well. Really appreciate it.
My experience differs from those of the other reviewers. I contacted them today on short notice due to a dental emergency, and they promptly scheduled an appointment for me. Upon arriving twenty minutes early, I was seen by the dentist immediately, without any delay. The dentist assessed my issue and provided a quote before commencing any treatment.
