Took my truck there to get the AC fixed. Dropped it off due to an extended wait time. No problem. Got an email for the diagnostic fees and repair costs. $660 for a check and advise. Quote for repairs was $3500. I said no and came to pick up the truck to have it fixed elsewhere. Took to a local shop where the total diagnostics and repair was $1600. They decided upon my arrival to charge $1200 for the diagnostic. Anyone in the industry knows it is a one hour process for checking AC. They were charging me for 5 hours of work sa... read more

Jeff sold me a hard to find turbo gasket at a reasonable price to help out when my motorhome was broken down on the side of the road 22 miles away. Fine people to deal with.
