went at 5 am due to muscle spasm in my back that had kept me up all night. The ER had no other patients but took their time seeing me. I was in tears with pain, They were very rude. Only had a nurse practioner on call. They gave me the same meds I had at home and released me. Thanks for nothing. It took 2 days on a heat pad and lots of tears to get over this. I was in a horrible wreck and Gracie took amazing care of me, all the staff is wonderful and I’m thankful for the care I received.
My 87-year-old father has been treated twice now at Ward Memorial. I have nothing but praise and thank you'd for the staff the doctors everyone who has been so wonderful. This includes the EMS personnel who both times I called for assistance, were courteous professional and arrived on scene very very quickly. I cannot thank you all enough.

Been in Physical Therapy 2 time this year wonderful people and swing bed program was the best... never have had a problem with anyone at the hospital;, always the best care.
