Another great job. Larry was sent out and we discussed the reason for the visit. He explained the reason for the cooling issue and the possible solutions to correct. He answered my questions at the various solution options giving pros and cons, if any, of each. Felt good about the agreed upon solution and things to do to going forward to be proactive.
Initially, everything was great. The installation team was very professional and we had no complaints... until we had an issue with our system and needed warranty repair. 6 months and numerous call backs with hundreds of dollars spent and plenty of unprofessional and unhelpful phone calls with the owner, his brother (who hung up on us) and various staff, we are calling it quits and taking our business elsewhere.
