She's just rude
Dr. Ward is warm, friendly and professional. She took her time explaining things and made sure I understood everything she said. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a doctor take so much time and care with me.
Where to begin? Rude and disrespectful provider with no desire to listen to patients or help others. Seems totally self absorbed and on phone rather than listening. Worst experience ever with a doctor (so called). Avoid this egotist!
Poorly prepared, rushed and rude physician who did not listen and was very judgemental. Office is poorly laid out and cramped. Staff are rude and on their cell phones avoiding patients. Avoid this quack.
I trust Dr. Ward not only with my own health care, but with those most important to me -- my husband and my daughter.
