Ward was able to come assist me on pretty short notice. He was honest, a straight-shooter. And he was able to get my AC working again for FAR less than other places were quoting me.

I had 3 estimates for a furnace replacement and Ward was the best price of all 3, which was great! He was nice, seemed knowledgeable, and gave me confidence that he would do a good job. We had some issues with the condensation line immediately after the install took place, which he promptly came out to fix. He said the newer furnace puts out more condensation than the old one, so it would be prone to freezing unless he ran the line elsewhere. I have had issues with my HVAC for years, and have finally found an honest company. Ward came in and evaluated the problems, clearly communicating what the issue was, and promptly fixed it. The pricing was reasonable, and the outcome was excellent. You can tell that he knows HVAC inside and out, and will happily take a consultative approach in talking through issues and solutions.
