I had 3 estimates for a furnace replacement and Ward was the best price of all 3, which was great! He was nice, seemed knowledgeable, and gave me confidence that he would do a good job. We had some issues with the condensation line immediately after the install took place, which he promptly came out to fix. He said the newer furnace puts out more condensation than the old one, so it would be prone to freezing unless he ran the line elsewhere.
