I can't recommend Ward enough - I've already recommended him to a friend. We had a poor minisplit installation done by a renovation company and Ward took the time and effort to not only fix everything that they had done wrong but also to explain everything in a straight-forward way. Additionally, for regular tune-up services, we've tried larger companies in the past, but it's always felt like they were just going through the motions and lacking the accountability and communicativeness that Ward offered. Highly recommend!Â
