They are fraud! Said they replaced compressor, billed warranty repair, 12 hrs later when fridge went down, had to call warranty again, wait again, different repair guy said, that compressor was not replaced, it was dusty & bolts were dusty too. I remembered they only brought in very small box like a sensor. They lie! The lady is rude that answers phone, they don’t want to answer questions!

We cannot get Ward Elkins to answer their phone. They said about a month or so ago they would come fix our refrigerator but haven’t.
I have a LG refrigerator that stopped making ice. The repair man came out. The sensor was out. He ordered a new one came out a week later replaced it. Works great! Couldn't be happier!
